Recently I went to Emergency and ended up spending three days in the hospital. Two hospital doctors diagnosed me with a condition that included permanent disability. On day two, a neurologist diagnosed me with at temporary condition. On the third day, I was released and my instructions were to see an eye doctor and get an opinion from a second neurologist. I made an appointment with Dr. Ronald De La Fuente. He diagnosed me with a temporary condition and wrote me a prescription for a steroid, something the hospital doctors would not recommend. Dr. Ron asked me for the second opinion neurologist’s contact information so he could forward his findings to her. Upon seeing the second neurologist’s, her opinion and steroids were the same as Dr. Ron’s. I feel Dr. Ron went that extra mile for me and I thank him!
